Tending God’s House

Enon UMC Trustees

All the men from thirty to fifty years of age who came to do the work of serving and carrying the tent of meeting — Numbers 4:47 (NIV)

Our facilities, totaling 14,146 square feet on two acres, support every ministry and mission to which this Body of Christ is devoted. We invest in the long-term care of our campus to ensure Enon UMC will remain an integral part of Enon and Greenon Local School District for generations to come.

“Tending God’s House” encompasses all our activities devoted to the life-long care of our facilities including the following:

– Maintaining all equipment (heating, electrical, elevator, etc.) and ensuring all inspections are current

– Ensuring church buildings are cleaned and managing the janitorial service contract

– Overseeing all exterior grounds management including lawn mowing, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and flower bed maintenance/beautification

If you feel led to participate in tending God’s house, please chat with our Trustees Chair, Dave Norman. (See the complete list of committee members.)
